They are all unprofessional went and bought a truck they held said truck for three days cause they didn’t receive the money but my bank sent it to them that day and we told them that and the owner couldn’t care less honestly this business needs to close very poor customer service I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

Garbage customer service, called multiple times on a vehicle to get information and was told that they would send me the vin to run the carfax. Told them I was willing to put a deposit since I lived so far from them if the carfax looked good. Called back since I never got it, told me again they would send it but never did.
They post their vehicles on FB Marketplace but never respond to messages, and by the third day straight of calling with cash in hand and promises to return my calls they sold it out from underneath me.

Dealership totally fraudulent knowingly sales defected vehicles and openly states there's no lemon law on used cars in TN. Took me for almost $2,000 car was running hot in 3 days found out it had a bag water pump that had screws broken when installed and the repair would cost me more than the car itself...I took it back several times with no good results and finally was told it was sold as is and thats on me so I saved him a repossession trip and left the car with them... I'll eat that cost but that's all the loss I'll ever be counting with them. My suggestion to anyone considering buying a used car is don't do your business with this place u you'll definitely be at a loss.

I was needing information about some vehicles and the person just left while still open and I drove 45 mins to go there. He clearly seen when we pulled into the lot. Just not good business doing that.

Very unprofessional and lazy went to look at a car the woman working in the office was no help she had no knowledge of the vehicles every time I asked a question about the vehicle she would say “i dont know”

I would give zero stars if I could. First I was told the owner would help me. I left work to go make a purchase. I got there with my down payment only found one vehicle worth having, and the secretary told me I couldn't afford that. Owner wasnt there had left for lunch after telling me to come. They we asking $11,900. I had 3,500 down. After driving the vehicle he said he would crunch numbers told me he needed 5,000 down. I told him I could only do 3,600 most. I get in there then he told me I had to pay sales tax today of $972.00. So that's $4400 + a this point. Upon taking the payment she tells me it'd a 3% charge for using a card. $162. She said but when you call your payments in there's no fee to use a card. I refused to pay the card fee. She told the owner right in front of me and other customer. The owner responds , also in front of customers, "if she's not coming off of it I won't either". I thanked them and walked out. I called back a few minutes after leaving and asked could I have a few days to come up with $200 of the sales tax so I could pay the card fee. The owner stated he wasn't making a sale with me. That I should have accepted it when I had the chance. The secretary was beyond rude and unprofessional.
