“This place has changed my life. The "Silver and Fit"program is a Blessing from God.. Excellent Instructor (Sandy).Great classes. Back home in my old High School. P The best "Medicine"for my active lifestyle and its free thru my insurance. If I miss a class,I'm probably out of town or Dead. If the weather is bad and I can't walk outside at Okeena Park, then I can get those miles in on a treadmill. Lastly, Staff(Dion and Laura) are the Best, always willing to help any way they can.
