They changed the oil in my wife's car but left the old dirty oil filter on it. The new oil I was charged $50 for is now contaminated. They also said they checked the coolant level in the radiator. It was over 1/3 of a gallon low. They claimed to have added windshield washer fluid but it was also low. Never again!

For $115 OIL CHANGE YOU WOULD EXPECT BETTER OIL EVERWHERE. EVEN ON MY BRAKE ROTORS. HAD TO PULL THE WHEEL AND CLEAN IT UP.
