“I had the most amazing experience with them. Super friendly answered all my questions. They worked with my insurance company so I could get a rental from them so I wouldn't have to go to a rental car place. I did it all at one place. They even washed my car when they was done with it. I was not expecting that. The boss sat outside with me a had a whole conversation like we was friends. I hope I don't have to have anymore work done but if I do they will definitely be getting my business.”
“I had a deer run out in front of me in a brand new 2026 trail boss did significant damage to my front end took it in the CARSTAR got it back and it looks beautiful. I am a truck driver, so I never had any face-to-face dealings with anybody there, but was impressed with Rodney and how he let me know everything that was going on with my vehicle. “On the road from Texas, My check engine light came on and a transmission warning service message, Transmission will not shift soon. I took my 2023 1500 diesel in on Thursday morning 8-28-2025, to the service department and (Bubba) my service advisor checked the truck and told me my transmission control module was bad. Bubba went to work tracking down a replacement and found one in Georgia. Neither he or I were optimistic about a quick fix. I was supposed to leave for Texas on Sunday and go home. I left the dealer with Bubba hard at work trying to get me back on the road. I did not expect to see my truck again for about a week. 9 am on Friday morning Bubba called me and said it was ready. He got them to overnight the part and had it installed and first thing Friday morning. He didn't know me from Adam but was so concerned about getting back on the road . This man has great customer service skills and really took care of me. What a great service experience. I hope they really understand how much I appreciate what they did for me. Thank you again Bubba.”

“All the guys are nice and know what they are doing. Bought my split unit here over a year ago thru my installer and I'm loving it still today. Don't want to run ductwork . . A split unit is the way to go! Heating and air. Thanks to Johnstone I was much cooler this summer and much warmer this winter. But best of all my electric bill went down from previous year. A great supplier indeed.”
