“I hate to say it’s the second time my Honda has been in their shop. Once a deer ran into me. This time an elderly lady ran into me. Ashley is amazing. She said girl just bring it by when you can. Mr Rodney jumped right out there taking pictures. They called the insurance adjuster next day my car was in the shop. They called me throughout the process to let me know what was going on. I picked it up and it looks amazing. Great job. Take your vehicle here you will not be disappointed.”

“Woke up to a zero tire pressure warning on my truck Thursday morning. Called RUSSOMS towing and Drew was out quickly, got the tire off and spare put on in no time. I left the key at the front desk at the hotel. I was staying for and caught a ride to work not knowing how long it would take. One of the lug nuts was swollen and prior to, getting it off, he called to let me know that it would probably be damaged since it was so swollen. I appreciated the heads up, the cost was reasonable and admired his professionalism through the whole experience.”

“My experience at Dyersburg glass company was a very good one first thing I asked to speak to the owner and it took Maybe 3 minutes that's only because he was on the phone talking to another customer but once he got off the phone with that customer he talked to me and I understood every word nice and clearly that he was saying and getting straight to the point everything I asked for I received so my experience there was great and I will be going back again anything have to do with glass they basically take care of it for you if you have a crack windshield whatever they take care of that or you want to order some type of window glass and frame they ordered it as well so be blessed and you too will have a great experience and always remember like the song said don't worry be happy”
