My 80 year old mother had an appointment here earlier this week. She was not clear about what she was charged nor the proposed plan of service to correct her tooth issue. I have called 4 times in 2 days attempting to speak with someone and each time after spending some time on hold, receive a recorded message that no one is available to speak with me. Twice I have left my name and number, along with my mom's name, and requested someone call me. So far, haven't heard a peep. Who wants to do business with an establishment that doesn't even have the courtesy to return phone calls?

My Husband has been getting the run around since the 1st visit for existing pain from having extractions. Today our PCP sent him to a ENT only to find out , the reason for his existing pain is because the extractions they performed broke and he still has teeth underneath his gums! Yet we paid over five thousand dollars for services not rendered and the partials he received that he's never been able to wear comfortably is because they didn't properly complete his extractions.

I had an appointment last Friday at 12. They called me 2 days before to confirm and again the day before to confirm my appointment at 12. I drove an hour to get there and the employees are outside, saying they didn't have any appointments scheduled after 11 (it was 11:50 when I got there) and they had closed. One of the ladies rudely told me I wouldn't be able to be seen until Monday at 8. Then the day after, I received an email saying that I missed my appointment. Would not recommend.

I had x-rays done and was asked to fill out paperwork. Talked to the dental hygienist about my meds and she gave me a form to give my family doctor to fill out so that I could have my surgery done because I'm on blood thinner. I never saw the dentist and I had to pay up front before going back for the x-rays. I have insurance that would cover the costs of the x-rays. I don't know if they ran the insurance or not. The ones I talked with were vere nice and helpful. Just wish I could have at least saw the dentist to at least meet them.

It was not a pleasant experience. One tooth broke and had to be dug out. My fault for letting my teeth get in such bad shape. Glad that was the last teeth I had. All personnel were extremely friendly and took really good care of me.

Went in to get full dentures and I had a much better experience than I expected. All of the staff were great and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Would definitely recommend

If you want to keep your teeth then run from this place! I was told last week that I had paridontal disease, bone loss, roots showing and would need a full mouth extraction. Went for a 2nd opinion today in Arlington and had xrays & CT scan. Zero signs of paridontal disease, 9mm of bone, no roots exposed and my teeth were completely healthy! The only issue found was inflammation around one tooth that the dental hygenist at Aspen shoved the metal prong into my gum. Nice try Aspen but you lost another customer and the $22,000 you tried to get me to spend on unnecessary treatment.

The staff was very courteous to us. They listened intently to my concerns and laid out a game plan to address my issues. Very busy day for them but got me took care of!
