After a complete disaster with Ripleys aarons, I took a chance with the dyersburg location. Colton and his crew were professional, friendly and on point. Had a new fridge in 2 days. Extremely satisfied, awesome job guys, thank you!!!

They charge way to much interest there is no reason it takes 2 to 3 years to pay something off when they tell you it will be paid off In a year!then they take a payment for one amount then come back the next week and take a different amount!im ready to get this stuff paid off so I will never have to deal with them again!!!

Great place for anything you need for your home. Tony, Wendy,and Aaron are great and will work with you. Wouldn't go anywhere else anymore!!!

My family and I have been leasing several items from this store. We usually deal with Tony or Brandy. They both are very professional. If we have a problem with any of our lease agreements, they know how to fix the problem quickly. I have heard Brandy has her own store now. I'm going to miss her, but I'm very happy for her. Congratulations Brandy. I hope we don't lose Tony to another store. He does a wonderful job. Yes I pay more for the products. But I also have a choice to pay them off in 6 months. It's like lay away but I can enjoy the products. Or I can pay the lease agreement out. As long as I'm leasing, if something goes wrong it's covered. Keep up the good work Tony, and I'll keep leasing.

My daughter lost her job and needed to return the sectional she had been paying on. When calling the store, after explaining the situation to TONY not only was he very rude but hung up on me mid sentence. We will NEVER purchase from Aarons again. Life happens & we all go through things. If a general manager has no more respect for another individual as he did for me then he needs to consider changing professions.

Paid on a ps5 and played it for a month. Then started freezing and paid it off the same time it started. They sent it off and didn't come back for a month and a half. I've not had it a full day and it's doing the same thing and I am not satisfied at all

I got married and we decided to return my husbands sectional because I already owned a sofa and love seat. I called multiple times to schedule to return it and there was always an excuse why they couldn’t come when I was off of work to pick it up. They are taking money we paid towards a different agreement which is one payment away from being paid off and applying it to the sectional because it’s more than 15 days past due because they are mad we want to return it (which I know because the manager Tony started being extremely hateful after I told him we want to return it). They don’t want to pick it up when I tell them I’m available. I will not ever purchase through Aaron’s again if this issue isn’t resolved. They keep getting even better they replied to my review and told me to send an email and I got no response! Absolutely terrible customer service all around.

because they double charge people when they make a payment....someone can make a payment and then someone working with Aaron's says they didn't receive payment
