Worst pharmacy ever don't give these incompetent people your hard earned money. Everyone is rude , hatefull . Asked a employee where a product was and the response was I don't work here they had a Walgreens shirt on and stated she was off the clock. Every time I go to pick up my medicine it's a hassle and takes half a day just to get my medicine. FIRE EVERYONE AND RESTAFF !!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't go back to work till covid tested. Made an appointment 6 hours earlier to have test. Received an email verifying appointmentA half hour later another email saying nothing has changed. My appointment is still at the same time. After sitting in my car for 40 minutes they said sorry you have to reschedule. If I am positive and infect anyone else Walgreens is 100% responsible. Also if I loose my job because of Walgreens Walgreens should be held accountable. They are not the only place to give covid tests

I’ve been using Walgreens for a while now because walmart takes too long or doesn’t have things in stock, and yesterday I showed up at 6:40 for a prescription for my daughter who got strep. I knew they were busy and ready to go home but they got her medicine filled for her and we were out of there in 15 minutes. I am so appreciative that even though they were busy and tired they still worked to get what we needed. Thank you!!

I always seem to get behind someone who is wanting their fix of pain pills when they don’t have a refill yet, or don’t have ID, or don’t even have a prescription for it, and they get mad and take forever getting out of the way. Maybe a separate line for controlled substances would speed things up for everyone else. Also I wish they would quit selling tobacco products. They are supposed to be a health-focused store.

Phone systems never work. Constant busy signal, never answers the phones when they actually do work. Drive through lines are super slow. If you want anything at all done you have to go inside.

I scheduled my first Covid vaccine because I want the Moderna. I hope they send me a confirmation of the date and time because it was gone when I came back from getting a pen with fresh ink. Then I think I understand I get the second dose in 29 days. The site looks iffy. Not sure Feb 5, 3:00 p.m. is the correct date & time. Will check email.
