I used to go to the other big parts store, but find myself going to O'Reilly's more and more often. CSR's are great, the store is clean, and bonus points for the bathroom! Will definitely continue using O'Reilly's for my car parts.

Probably will deal with RockAuto from now on. Ordered a part with the part number and name of the brand i wanted. they ordered the part to come in the next day. the next day i drove an hour into dunlap to oriellys to find that the part was not what I ordered. they received an economy version of what I ordered. Then the help stated that it wasn't his problem the warehouse sent the wrong part and that he did not like my attitude and if I wanted I could just leave. By this point I didn't even raise my voice. I was shocked to get his response and asked to speak with a manage. To my surprise he said he was the manager. Again he said he did not like my attitude and I could leave if I wanted. I asked how long would it take for the right part to come in and he told me about 4 hours later. For a manager to not have any customer service skills at all does not reflect well on oriellys. Don't think I will be back. On line auto parts are way cheaper and without be harassed!
