“I love shopping at DG Stores, but I do have one complaint: it is absolute WHEELCHAIR HELL in each and every Dollar General Store I've been into, and that is a lot, especially in the past few years that they have been popping up everywhere...I don't understand why they have 3 times (at least) the stock that the store can handle?!? It's always in the aisles on carts blocking me from being able to get through the store and shop for the things I need. Extremely frustrating every time, and even moreso if I request help from an employee who is hateful!!”

“It gets bad review on employee customer service. I never get a thank you and please come back. Ever I would think I was shopping at Walmart where the cashiers never say that only the self out computer cash registers says that. A nice smile and a thank you and come back means alot. If I were in charge, it would be mandatory or they could go work somewhere else. What is wrong with a world that the big chains aren't taught or insistent on manners. Man, I live in the south and I give such and I expect such. Is that to much to ask for? Maybe it's a big company that they dont insist their employees do that. However, they are very helpful and polite when I ask for help or help in finding a product. They are very nice just no manners.”

“Love love love the staff at Mt. Airy dollar general in dunlap Tennessee, should definitely be allowed to sell beer on Sunday regardless if they are on county line of dunlap and pikeville. Come together people!”
