I used to really like coming here because it was convenient and clean. This place has definitely gone very much downhill in the last 2 years. The trash cans are always overflowing with trash all over the ground. The bathrooms are filthy, they smell very bad, never have soap and are never cleaned. Light bulbs in the parking lot and in the store are always flashing and many of them don't work. The food is usually decent but I'm going to stop visiting because the place is just so nasty. I know it's hard to find employees these days but cleanliness needs to be a priority when there's food involved. Honestly I'm not sure how the restaurant hasn't been shut down already.

Restaurant and store were clean. Nice selection of items.Men's Bathroom was a messMost of the items in the store do not have a price. Got a Cheese Burger from the warmer case, cost me $6 for a bun, a small burger and a slice of cheese. If I had more options in the area as a truck driver, I wouldn't have stopped.

Just a little place to grab a bite to eat. The catfish is delicious and huge portions. Our server was quick, helpful and engaging. With the all-you-can-eat Catfish Dinner it is 3 large pieces of fish, hush puppies, and 2 sides of your choice for $14.99. My husband had slaw and french fries with his fish. I had a huge baked potato and house salad. The salad was fresh but a few more veggies or some croutons could have made it better. It was chopped iceberg lettuce, chopped tomato pieces, and a little shredded cheese. Also the tea was a commercial brew. Wish it had been real brewed tea. The dining area was very clean and the restroom was also very clean. Half of the building is restaurant the other side is a store. It was a great dining experience and I highly recommend it. The portions are large so be sure and ask for a takeout box.

Big place that has about everything you need when on a trip. Fuel, oil, soft drinks, different kinds of cooked food. If you want a wake up place or just an experience to enjoy

A good stop for assorted convenience type store items. Handy, as it's quite isolated on hwy 111. Get your gas, take a potty break, and fill your tummy, all in the same stop!

Great place to order food, they have the best gas prices, they have a HUGE selection of disposable vapes, along with the pen you can get for salt nic juice or the carts you can put in the pen. Best prices on everything. They even have VERY CLEAN BATHROOMS! They prepare really good food in the restaurant side and right by the register as well. I think they open at 4AM, and close between 9 and 10PM. They have such a wide selection of drinks, snacks, they sell Mexican blankets for $9.99, you can buy Yeti cups and the lids, all the accessories for the Yeti cups, multiple sizes as well. They sell hats,(even boggins/beanies) cold 12 packs of sundrop, coke, sprite, etc. They take EBT cards for SNAP benefits. Absolutely my favorite store to EVER stop at. I come from Chattanooga every day for my job, and I pass every store for gas or anything else that I may need, just to go to Cagle Mountain trading post, (as I said, cheapest gas); friendly people working there, they even have a drive-thru if you don't want to get out or go in. They sell gallons of milk, fresh bread by the loaf, and if you like CBD, they have a great selection of that as well. Their vapes made by ELFBAR are $19.99 or two for $34.99. They have KangVapes, POP, AIRBAR, PUFFBAR, HI-5, JUUL, basically any disposable vape, rechargeable vape, throw away vapes, and if you have any questions you can just call and ask. The owners Ricky and Milly are extremely nice and helpful. I will always go to this store over any other store. They sell hot boiled peanuts, (regular and Cajun or spicy flavored). They have slushy machine, capachino machines, fresh coffee, 5 different size cups for coffee/capachino, their fountain drinks are EXCELLENT. You can also call your order in from the resteraunt if you like, it never takes them longer than 20 minutes to cook your food fresh. If you want to eat there, there are plenty of tables in the resteraunt side. This store and resteraunt is always very clean. If you smoke cigarettes, they have a very big selection of those, and smokeless tobacco too! They sell bags of loose tobacco, (including a wide selection of that, as well), along with the tubes and anything else you may need to roll your own cigarettes. What I love most about Cagle Mountain Trading Post, is if they don't have something that you need, all you have to do is talk to the owners Milly and/or Ricky, and they will order what you need! This is my favorite store to go to for gas and anything else you may need. They also sell the Krispy Chicken™️ brand, Hunt Brothers™️pizza by the slice, along with egg rolls, tater logs, the plain butter and honey biscuits, chicken livers, (so many items I couldn't ever name it all), a wide selection of biscuits for breakfast, and all of the quick grab and go food is right by the register. It's always fresh too! They don't just cook food and let it sit under the heat lamps. They sell tobacco pipes, (even the glass ones), jewelry scales, basically this is a one stop drop for ANYTHING you may need. I'm pretty sure they also sell KRATOM, and have a wide selection of it also, as far as what type you use. I LOVE this store. They have a very wide selection of beer and alcohol, too. If you are coming from Dunlap up I-111, the store is 5 or 6 miles from the Dunlap exit. ( May even be 4 miles). If you want to save on gas prices, to get the cheapest and best gas there is compared to other stores, it's VERY well worth driving to this store. They do have handicap bathrooms, handicap parking, and a handicap entrance on the front doors for the trading post, and the resteraunt. Visit this store, you will NOT regret it!

I've stopped here twice traveling through to visit family. Each time took a very long time to get back on the road. The first time we stopped to get lunch to go, and it took over 1/2 hour to get reheated tenders and fries. The second time we only stopped because my son needed a restroom and I knew there weren't any other options for a long while. The men's room was gross. Apparently the ladies room was down to one stall and there was a line of 10 ladies waiting to use a filthy bathroom. I wanted a coffee but there was no way I was trusting those coffee carafes to be clean. This place has no concept of customer satisfaction. They will not be getting anymore of my business. Shameful.

The female working the gas station was rude and monotone. We went in for a biscuit and asked about them. She responded with "its too early for that" at 9:30 in the a.m. The bathrooms are horribly disgusting. The owners and employees are completely apathetic towards the health and safety of their customers if they think that is OK.

Well I stopped to go to the BATHROOM and I’m pretty sure they are haunted, and they filthy, dangerous. But I do agree that the fish is pretty good but that’s all that is good there.

My wife and I stopped into the Cagle Mountain Trading Post after taking a backroad trip from Louisville back to Chattanooga. I’ll be honest, when we pulled off, I didn’t expect to have such great food and meet nice people, but we did. Not kidding when I say the burger and fries I ordered were some of the best I’ve ever had. Great place to stop.
