“I went to auto zone in Dunlap today for the 1st time in ages.
Only because I haven't had a need to go though.
Anyway, a really helpful young man named James and a very helpful young lady were very knowledgeable, friendly, and solved my issue work my VW Beetle. I had not been able to turn my beetle off all day because my key was stuck in ignition with engine running. Had tried everything I knew to get it turned off and key out. I had even tried doing what James done except " flicking" the key while turning it over. He let go of it and it turned right off, key came right out!!! It's folks like this that make you a lifetime customer!!

“Girl "tossed" the windshield wiper on top of my car after taking it off. It made a metal on metal sound when she did. I didn't even check for scratches because I was in a hurry.
