The worst customer service. Ordered a U-Haul pick up for today, called the owner, and she’s apparently out of town or just didn’t care to come by and allow us to get the truck. When we called the U-haul company to figure out what to do, they said Watson’s could have made an available pick up if they actually wanted to. Shame on this company for not putting the customers first. Save your money and put it into other company’s that have decency and put their customers first. Will be sharing this word with everyone I know. BEWARE OF WATSON’S TERRIBLE SERVICE!
