They took good care of my cat. Physical, shots, recommendations of food, flea and tick juice for her. Staff always friendly as is their waiting area ambassador cats. The grey tabby especially.

Helped me out many times with a couple of my dogs. They even took the time to write me a card with all the team members names on it when one of my dogs passed away.

We had been taking our Ellie there for 9 months. She was in heart failure. I found this place amazing. Care and cleanliness were top notch. We had to let Ellie go 2 weeks ago today. They were so kind and caring.

We relocated to NW TN recently and a friend recommended this clinic for our giant dogs. We brought them in for their wellness checks, vaccinations, and routine bloodwork. The staff was fantastic, they helped coordinate bringing our Great Dane mixes in one at a time, efficiently completed the samples needed for tests, and all 3 dogs tolerated their vaccinations perfectly.
I received a phone call the day after our appointment with the results of their tests, and overall am very happy with the care and service we received. Thank you for welcoming us and our dogs to our new home and our new vet ?

Brought my girl here for the first time to talk about removing a bump on her side, will not be bringing my others here, first off we were in the room for three minutes, the one lady took one look at her didn't even touch her or run ANY test, told us she has cancer, a yeast infection, and some kinda skin infection, told us the surgery to remove the bump would be 800$ and we couldn't even make payments it all had to be upfront, charged us almost 200 for some pills and sent us off, we ended up bringing my girl back a few days later cause she wasn't feeling well and was vomiting plus I found another bump under her arm, they told us that now the surgery would be even more since it was more than one bump to remove, again wouldn't let us make payments they weren't understanding or caring at ALL, we repeatedly told them she wouldn't last much longer that she had stopped eating, was vomiting, was weak, we BEGGED them to do the surgery while we made payments, nope, she's dead now and currently sitting in a box on my counter, DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE

Don't thnk it's right when they ask you to bring in your pet the night b-4 than charge you ( next ) this was my first time there prob my lastnot real friendly. .also with out my permission they gave flea shot ..( funny he's a out door sorta wild kitty . They didnt say a thing if it was okNever saw one flea either . thats not right .( WONT BE BACK) OVER CHARGE WITH OUT SAYING A WORD

First time here, they treated me and my pet with kindness and care. Dr and the technician were very good with my dog while treating her. Bonus, It was so clean and smelled good in there, you would never know it was a vet office.
