The manager Brandy Newell is TOXIC! She listens to her customers that are friends in her phone. Employees that only been there 2 weeks. They all gang up on you. Brandy says she can't keep anyone well gee no wonder when 3 people like them gang up on you! You write a note to her instead to calm your ptsd from them as you have seizures when your ptsd gets high. I left 2 hrs early yesterday due to all three of them. I NEVER said "I quit" but I only left due to them rising up my ptsd & my seizure symptoms were coming on & I went into one. Brandy is not kind, understanding or anything when it comes to people with a lot of disabilities. She is more prejudice & disability discrimination kind of woman. You don't tell an employee that she ain't allowed to be on her phone (identity theft voicemail yet no customers at the time) in the breakroom but yet she has ALWAYS been on her phone with her kids, boyfriends, and other friends even before I started working there. She plays sweet to people who are her so call friends that come in, when she needs something from an employee & don't want to get it then is ill & rude yet frustrated taking it out on employees otherwise till say soda employees, bread, delivery trucks, etc. show up then she acts all sweet and innocent. But it's okay to her rules she is always on her phone and others away from the cameras even in the back of the store or breakroom. Wow for me 1 time! She plays favorites. People complain that Brandy is HARD TO GET ALONG WITH, COMPLAIN THAT THE STORE RARELY STAYS STOCKED, HAVE COMPLAINED OF HAVING NO CELLPHONES IN STOCK FOR WEEKS, COMPLAINED OF BEING OUT OF OTHER ITEMS, ETC. Even how dirty the store is! I was working yesterday & a customer was showing me bad food. We looked at the dates on all of the potatoes in plastic containers yet all were dated 6-10-24 & I showed yet told Brandy she pops off saying that it was the barcode yet I've worked in a lot of grocery stores so I know the dates on things on how to read them it was the date & one smelled of mold. She said if the lady basically had a problem then don't buy it. That's not professional & not how you handle customers that want a certain item. Even behind the counter is so nasty. I cleaned up & organized. I even used whipes to whipe down the front of the store. Even when you walk in the things that pick up when someone tries to steal; I washed them down (roach eggs on them). Thick things of dust in this store. All kinds of items thrown in the wrong places especially by the other employees just to get it out the back of the store. It's toxic when Brandy & another employee go talking bad about other employees yet think they don't hear them. They act like middle school bullies. There is a difference from saying that you told a friend you were talking about quitting versus Brandy Newell turning things around saying you quit. Um no I did not cause I NEVER said "I quit", "Find you another employee", etc. I was still planning on going in this Sunday and let her know that but she said "I quit", she took me off the schedule and failed to respect the fact I was I have a ankle fusion, ptsd, seizures and other health issues. She violated me under the American with Disabilities Act, prejudice, disability discrimination, bullying as well basically, etc. There is more but I will keep that to myself. Even was telling her in texts why I left. My dad's dying & that's part of my ptsd as well. Oh no still no respect or kind words of understanding so it shows you she wants done that way also. She has no empathy towards her employees as in she doesn't try to understand and put herself in there shoes instead she mistreats you. It's her way or no way.

Manager and cashier was extremely rude. Cashier threw item after it was scanned and the manager acted like I was the bad person because I got mad. I am never going back there. I wish I knew were to report them.

Twice I have ordered a pick-up of product. Both times after setting the pick-up time around 2 hours after order. I received "Order running late" 1/2 hour before the earliest pick-up time set. Followed by "Order Cancelled by DG", 1 minute after the end of my pick-up time.Order detailsOrder #: 52305950082303202 - 0325Order status: CancelledName on order: Debbie AustinOrder placed: Mar 28, 2023 at 9:54 AMThis store is in a small town. There is seriously something wrong with either the inventory count in correlation with the availability of the product on-line or someone needs to fulfill the orders promptly. I have been in the store with the manager just sitting behind the till on her phone while other employees are filling shelves. Who takes care of the on-line orders. The store is not that big. The last order I went in after 3 hours and picked up my order from the product shelf myself. The claim was they never received my order even though I had a confirmation. Maybe they need to stop pick-up until they fix these issues, whatever they may be.

Manager and cashier were extremely rude. I was trying to use a few coupons and was having trouble getting them to work at the register, when the total came out to be more than I expected, I asked to just cancel the transaction. Instead she called over the manager, who then berated me over how coupons work. Wont be going back. Hope they have the day they deserve.
