Placed order Jan 09 for our small 250 gallon tank and we’ve still not had our now empty tank filled, nor will they answer the phone or call back. Shameful behavior

Avoid them like the plague ! I called and scheduled for the to change out my regulator. They told me they would be out the next day. No call - no show. 6 days later I call them back no one would answer the phone till after 1:30 and was told that they would get to me when they get to me, no idea about a day or time. Very rude, unhelpful, condensing customer service is about the nicest thing I can say.

This place is great, and so friendly! I’ve let my tank run out or get very low in the winter several times,and they have always gotten my tank filled ASAP. I will always use them!

I have been using UPG for a year and half! It is a great company to deal with! Suprina is a very sweet lady who has helped me with any questions and issues I have had. I ran out of gas one time and they filled my tank the next day! They will do whatever they can to make sure you are not without gas for a long time! Michael, the driver, is a pleasant man to talk to! I highly recommend UPG if you need a gas company!

Stewart County Propane used to be good until UPG took over all operations. Phones don't work, waiting, waiting, leave a voicemail. Website doesn't work, always says can't be reached.

Called to get gas, after 4 phone calls that went unanswered I was told I had a 17.00 balance from 3 years ago despite ordering gas yearly. Dont know what is going on there but yall need to answer the phone and if there is an unpaid balance send out a bill.Very unprofessional.

Called and scheduled They were very Courteous and helpful.I had other times where they didn't answer the phone I would leave a message and they came to my residents and filled our tanks.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Called for gas 2 weeks and still haven’t heard anything. You can never get them to answer the phone AND the customer service number down below on one of the reviews also won’t answer and the voicemail box is full. I’m lucky it’s not winter yet, or we would be freezing. But some hot water would be nice.

They are the worst. Pre-paid for a delivery a week before the storm hit and they never came. We have been empty for several days now and no calls to local or to UPG Customer Service have been returned, no emails have been answered. We just need our gas delivered and they flat out took our money then abanoded us and our house to freeze. All we want is what we already paid for to be delivered.

my daughter and my almost 1 year old granddaughter ran out of propane and it’s calling for ice and snow tonight . and the driver came to her rescue as fast as he could they came filled her tank and saved the day thanks guys y’all are the best !

I've been buying gas from this company for 20 years but the office help is by far the worst business I've ever dealt with. So bad in fact ill be buying my gas somewhere else this year. Don't waste your time calling them because the lady in the office answers the phone about half the time , won't return calls and keeps your account screwed up constantly!
