I started with Regions at this bank. I have had an account for the entirety of my life with this bank, 25+ years. It started with this branch, in Dover, where my family and I are from. My grandma Carolyn was a teller at this location for 20+ years. That is a long time.I go in often for my business, at least once a month. Ken and the nice brunette lady are great at their jobs, and very nice people at that. They are such assets to this company. The younger blonde teller has always been very kind. Nice people.Today, I went in, as usual, to continue my business. I did not get a "hello," or anything from the older, grey-headed woman who didn't even look at me, asked if I had an account there when I was holding my card and ID. I'm not a needy person, I'm really not. I come from hard-working, military people, who taught me to stay humble and kind. This woman has seen me enough to know that I am in there often enough to have an account at this branch in a small town.It was upsetting enough that I am leaving a review. I am a human being, too. This really hurt my feelings, the intentionality of it.They know my mom, too. She's a bright and cheery person who takes care of everyone's family when they get old. I am so sad today, now. The day had started off so well.V.B.
