Time to find a better pharmacy, tonight one prescription lost- her words there have been many "misplaced" lately and another on backorder, which is fine had I been told they canceled it and it was up to me to call in again. Had I not looked for something else on app I wouldn't of know and been waiting on it to be filled vs calling Dr for alternatives or their advise for a needed heart med. Kind of important information to be forgetting to tell people!! Really scary to NEED meds to live and not be told it's not going to be filled because they canceled it!!

Wished I could give a minus 10. Been on hold for over 30 minutes and they pick up without ever asking what I need then roll you immediately to hold. They need to close and fire the entire staff. Horrible customer service, horrible care for people. DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!

Worse Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been too. Yesterday I called around 4pm ask them too fill my RX. I would be down this morning too pick up. Was there at 8am. Was told not ready until 3pm. She said you want too wait 30 minutes. I said no, she should have just pulled off of the shelf and put in a bag and handed too me. Already came in a box. Instead I had too go back today at 2:45p and pick up. Terrible customer service.

The worst pharmacy! I understand pharmacy techs have a high demand of pressure and it's a very fast pace environment- however, this pharmacy has continuously made errors and has a very difficult time with insurance policies. This location needs extra training in the worst way! Other locations do an excellent job !!I'm a faithful Walgreens shopper so naturally I have used their pharmacy for my families medication needs for years up until now but now we're switching sadly.

This pharmacy does not care about its customers. Wife needed medicine for Covid. They knew she was coming to pick it up. When she got there they told her they had just sold out and would not have anything until maybe Monday. She ask if they could call and find some within the network. They looked and said they have it in 3 stores with the closets being 25 miles away. She ask can you call to verify and she was told they have it. Did not bother to call and ask or call and ask them to fill. She had to return to her car and call to have the medicine filled. I had Covid and had to drive to the store to get it. Terrible customer service. This is why we left 3 yrs ago and now use Publix.

Was visiting in Florence AL and needed a rx my doctor ordered it with speaking to me. The Rx was ordered to my local Walgreens I called the to confirm the Rx was there and was ready, I told them I was as on my way. 2 hours later I arrived and they told me it would be 15 to 20 minutes to get it ready. I'm changing to Walmart.

If you appreciate customer service, you will be very disappointed at this Walgreens. Because of insurance we had to transfer from Dickson Apothecary, which we truly enjoyed. We had used Walgreens before and struggled with a couple of issues when we transferred the first time. Unfortunately it didn't even take a month before once again there was an issue. If you do choose Walgreens and need to speak with someone in the pharmacy be prepared to be on hold for a while. The last time I called it took 23 minutes to get a person to talk to and then when I did, she didn't follow through with what I requested which ended up costing me and my insurance wasted money. Also, don't expect to speak to management if you want to. They did not respond when we went and asked to speak directly to them.

Very incompetent and rude staff. There is one female pharmacist who if we need things done correctly is the only one we can talk to or prescriptions get messed up, not ordered etc. My husband requires a life saving medication which on multiple times they have messed up and left us scrambling all over middle TN to try and find it.

I shopped for soft drinks at the Dickson, TN Walgreens today. I want to leave a note of gratitude to a cashier named Ashley for her assistance. I usually receive my receipts by email , but I needed a paper receipt today. Ashley got the receipt for me. She was friendly and very helpful. Thank you Ashley for your excellent customer service!

The pharmacy are the WORST customer service. One month ago I was told they were sending my doctor refill request. I go today to get RX filled and the young lady told me it has expired and unable to fill and the doctor listed was not updated as I was told one month ago. Unbelievable!! I will be changing to Publix pharmacy much better customer service!!
