Was visiting in Florence AL and needed a rx my doctor ordered it with speaking to me. The Rx was ordered to my local Walgreens I called the to confirm the Rx was there and was ready, I told them I was as on my way. 2 hours later I arrived and they told me it would be 15 to 20 minutes to get it ready. I'm changing to Walmart.

Quality was terrible. I ordered the picture magnets and they were delivered damaged. Even if they weren't damaged, the magnet wasn't strong enough to hold it on the fridge. I'm always looking for a deal, but these were complete trash. I can't believe Walgreens would put their names on these things. Also, i ordered them online, and I tried to return them to my local Walgreens store. They said they had no record of it and that I would have to call a 1800 number. After calling the number, I sat on hold for over 16 minutes. Then, she couldn't understand anything I was saying like my email. Just steer clear of this. It's ridiculous that I can order online and return it to my home store.

You need to build another walgreens in the Dickson County area!! This is ridiculous that there is only 1 in a 50 mile radius!! Bet it would do a ton of business if you put if near Hwy 40 and Hwy 46!!

Just needed 3 items during a vacation trip that we forgot to pack. Walgreens in Dallas are like Walgreens everywhere, right? YES! (pretty close to it, anyways) Store was CLEAN, fresh smelling and shelves well stocked. I found all 3 items in under 3 minutes. Walking up to the register, I grabbed a case of water and some snacks as well. Good marketing placement of these items! Walgreens saved me a later trip! While checking out, the very friendly clerk asked me if I found everything and I said yes plus some. She laughed and noted she always does that, too. Then as she was checking me out, mentioned if I got 1 more of each of the snack items, they would be free, so back I went and grabbed them. Pretty cool, and thank you Walgreens!

I actually like the store. But the pharmacy is in my opinion understaffed for the amount of prescriptions they receive. Therefore the outcome is less than good. I've been told my prescriptions were on hold, and when I call them they say oh it's because no one ran the insurance. Or call on a prescription I've been waiting a day on, to be told in a laughing manner that it's $400 and my insurance doesn't cover it. HOW ABOUT CALLING ME AND TELLING ME and not assuming I won't pay for it. They are just overloaded and too few staff. Yes I agree Walgreens should have two locations for this large of an area. They are serving at least 3 counties

if you're closed for weather, just post it instead of saying open and actually being closed after driving through snow for 25 min. unacceptable!!

WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER USED. I have put off writing a review for this business. Everyone makes mistakes and there is usually a reasonable, if inconvenient, explanation. But, today, enough was enough. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Impertinent and argumentative staff, restocked prescriptions after they've been called-in and filled, and even telling you important prescriptions are ready when they are on backorder for weeks to come??! Your dollars are valuable to businesses. Don't spend them at places that clearly don't care about your health or wellbeing. Don't use this pharmacy.

This location has the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Told me 45 minutes to ready a prescription (of which I was notified via text that it was ready already). I left the store, and when I was almost home 15 minutes later I received another text that my prescription was ready. I have also received the wrong amount of pills prescribed multiple times, and have been overcharged. I think the town of Dixon would benefit greatly from another Walgreens location. So that they can better serve the community. Anyone whom has ever been to this location would see that's obvious.

I have been trying to pick up my sons prescription for over a week and they can’t get the insurance correct in the system. They have my 10 yr old listed as the card holder and no one can fix it. Once someone said it was fixed she said the insurance wasn’t covering it.. my insurance has covered Zyrtec for almost his entire life ONCE A MONTH! But I couldn’t explain what had been going on or discuss medications because the pharmacist kept cutting me off and putting me on hold! I am beyond upset so I hung up and have Kroger calling to transfer the medications. I honestly hope she gets in trouble at some point because this is horrible customer service!

There's not much to say here. I ran in for a toiletry purchase. They had it and cheerfully took my money. No problems for me.
