Went here to switch off my parent’s family line. I was buying a phone regardless of price. They told me their promo was going to be $80/month and with automatic billing it would be $70/month. Verizon advertised the price with the discount already so my bill did not go down $10/month like they said and instead stayed at $80. Additionally, they told me if I change my phone number my trade in is eligible for a $1,000 credit. What they didn’t tell me is that’s only if I switch from another carrier so my phone only qualified for the $830 trade in credit. Now my phone bill is $30 higher than originally anticipated and I had to go through the pain of switching phone numbers. They either lied or were incompetent with figuring out my new bill. I work in sales which sadly leads me to believe it’s the former. Like I said I was getting a new phone regardless. If I would have been given the correct info it would have changed my decisions on the plan and model of iPhone I chose. This has lead to an incredibly poor buying experience and a bad taste being left in my mouth. Just be honest with people and learn how to actually sell the value of something. My recommendation is just handle all changes on your phone plan online with Verizon.

I have been going to this store for years and had to visit again this week as I busted my iPhone 13. Karen, who has been there for 20 years!, was amazing and got my iPhone 7 up and running so I wasn't without a phone for another day. She has the most amazing personality and I love dealing with her! The manager Brittney was also very sweet and helpful referring me to Misfits to get more answers on my broken iPhone 13 mini. I had a wonderful experience at Misfits! Thanks for the great customer service ladies!! I will never go anywhere else! Keep up the great work!

We just had a great experience at Verizon, bought two Pixel 7a, Karen was fantastic, she is SO knowledgeable and fun to be with. Verizon is our Internet and phone service, no complaints

Dickson Verizon will take care of you..just try not to go at lunch time just a little busy ..but when I went at 1pm I had 3 tech ask me if I needed help..thanks everyone

Just order online or call customer service or shoot deal with Walmart this Corporate store does not have competent employees. They are rude and uninformed they are more worried about getting you out of the store and off to someone else if you have any problem that isn't lining their pockets with sales.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and graciously helped me setting up my new phone as well as new laptop. Being a cancer patient isn't easy but they went above and beyond to help me out and for that I'm eternally grateful.

We went to this store as current customers looking for a mobile Hotspot. The agent we talked to told us the device we were purchasing was a 5g device. After getting it home and only getting 8mbs, we called customer assistance. After their help we were sent a replacement as ours was supposedly defective. Once we received the new one and tested it at 2mbs... finally talked to someone who told us the truth, we were sold a 4g device instead a 5g. But we're PAYING for a 5g plan... we will NEVER be going back to this place.

Was just kept on the phone for 45 minutes and not a single person picked up. As if that wasn't bad enough, the hold music was awful, then they bass boosted it and didn't fix it so we were stuck listening to what sounded like Cardi B singing through a walkie talkie into a megaphone. Absolutely horrible, do not recommend, very poor customer service.

I'd love to provide a 0. The manager at Dickson Verizon, Chris, is the most abysmal human anyone will ever deal with. We had an issue getting a promised $500 rebate on 2 phones because the sales lady failed to link the 2 device serial #s to the account. We managed to get one resolved with the help of the Bellevue store who practices excellent customer service but the other kept denying as a duplicate and invalid because the store still had not linked. After 3 months of trying to resolve by chat and phone, Verizon instructed me to go to the store so they could resolve and issue the rebate. I tried 5 times to explain to Chris what the issue was but the minute he heard Rebate he said this was not anything the store could deal with. I explained the issue was something he would need to fix or I at least needed him to reach out and he flat out refused to let me finish a sentence, instead kept pushing 800 phone numbers saying I had to deal with it. He is a very young manager in a role that would not seem to suit him as he has 0 customer service skills. I called Verizon and the Customer Service rep recorded his short and hostile responses and is forwarding, and also heard him refusing to give me contact information for the District and/or Regional Manager. I was sooo fortunate to get a great rep on the phone who stepped up and took ownership and has our rebate in process FINALLY and our devices linked. I hope Dickson finds a manager more worthy of the title and that KARMA pays this young man back in spades for being a j**** The store makes a mistake they should own and fix it, they are there to help their customers. I highly recommend the Bellevue branch. *Adding comment following Verizon's response. Who is Beth? Add this to the incompetence list.
