We came in to get some documents notarized. Patty was fantastic. She took great care of us. Prior to our turn in line, Patty had to deal with a rude customer that wanted to ship something that wasn’t properly boxed. She was very polite and tried to explain why they couldn’t accept it and he wasn’t having any of it. She was very professional and everyone was happy when he left.

Everyone at UPS Store #3253 in Dickson on HWY-46 was so friendly, polite, and efficient. The store was very clean. There was no line. My experience was seamless. Prefer this over the Post Office any day.

Dont bother getting your fingerprints at this location. Machine doesn’t work and I drove over an hour just to sit there for an hour for no reason.
