My packages are always delivered 2 or 3 days late even though they are at the facility. I won’t be ordering from anyone that ships through UPS any longer. Horrible service

I called because another person's package kept being delivered to our house. I took it to them to save trouble, and accidentally broke 2 antique ducks of my Mom's. Had it not been for their delivery being wrong again and again, I never would have been in the situation where it might happen.Then, it was impossible to talk to anyone whom could help.They could not give me the telephone number of the Hub. Only the address, like I should be driving around even more for their sakes and the customers...... This is pitiful.... I would not give them a star but I must in order to record this review. Pitifulllllllll

My $140 package was delivered to a stranger's adress. MY correct adress is on my order receipt and the adress it was delivered to is not similar or near mine. I recieved a notification that my package was on hold and the driver couldn't find my adress. I called and asked them to hold my package at the ups hub in town so i could pick it up there and they said that would be fine. I drove to the hub and the women there couldn't find my package. She looked on the computer and found that it was out for delivery and read an adressthat was not mine. I told her that it was not my adress and that I had never lived there. Long story short I was assured that the adress would be corrected and my package would be brought back to the hub and they would call me when it arrived for me to pick it up. 5 hours later I still had not recieved a call so I called them and found out that my package was delivered to the wrong adress 30 min before I called them. I can understand that mistakes happen but since the mix up in addresses was discovered 5 hours beforehand I see no excuse. I would leave less than a one star review if possible
