Went into the PO a week ago regarding two issues I had with my mail. One being that my mail had been tampered with and the other being that I never received a piece of mail that said had been delivered to me. The manager told me that I would be followed up with the next business day. Took my information and never called.

My Amazon packages now come by US postal service. I live in Burns and have a long driveway. They almost NEVER bring pkg to my front door!!! I end up finding them in a ditch, by the roadside, or I end up having to drive to the post office because their delivery people refuse to deliver to my porch!Fed up with B the poor service by USPS!

Leaving 1 star because I don’t have the option of -5. Here lately they have NOT been delivery packages. The drivers are obviously lazy. They can get up the driveway. They can get to the front door. They can even leave it at the mailbox. But no. They chose not to give me what I paid for!!! Worst mistake Amazon did was using USPS. Start delivering your packages or we are going to have a not so courteous conversation

Curtis, im sorry that you deal with stubborn customers all day but I am not one of them!! I was NOT argumentative in anyway but you were short and rude!! Shame on you, manners go a long way and if you can't handle customer service then get out of customer service! This man SHOULD NOT be working with customers!!!

Professional post office. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I applied a shipping label in an incorrect way. The post office by my house would have been extremely rude. The employee at the Dickson Post Office let me know how to correctly apply it next time. The service here is excellent.

Was told my package was delivered at 10:56. I have the ring camera and it most definitely wasn’t! I also would have seen the lady when I walked out the door 4 minutes later at the red light. I have also reported it.

I have never been so disrespected by a government employee than the phone call I had with this store. The lady on the other end, ended up hanging up on me! Just because she "couldn't understand what I was asking". I guess it's hard for them to understand English. I've had nothing but issue after issue with this post office. If I would have known it was being delivered by usps, I would have requested another delivery service. I think they forget that they work for us, since our taxes pay for their paychecks.

Mitchell is about as incompetent as they come. He thinks he’s a good supervisor because he never addresses anything and when he does, he gives some vague associates degree remark like “we’ll get back with you” or “we’re working on it”. Avoiding customers and resolving nothing makes you filler, not a manger. He and Crystal are going places

Can not get anyone on the phone to fix a simple request. The automated system does not take you to the appropriate request. Tried several different options and several calls to no avail. Had to drive from Charlotte to Dickson to speak to an actual person!! Waste of a lot of time all in all for what of been minimal effort on their part.

worst postal service ever! i caught the mail lady on my ring camera with the package in her hand and then she didn’t even put it in my mailbox! like she was too lazy to get out the truck! once i got the notification that it failed to deliver i knew she didn’t wanna get out the truck cause this is NOT the first time ive seen her do it!

Our mail carrier does not know the roads and regularly mixes up our mail with a different street, when I return it it somehow ends up back in my mail box a few weeks later. This is definitely concerning when it comes to important and sensitive documents, I went to the post office (since it’s impossible to get someone on the phone) to be told the post master would call me, unsurprisingly this never happened. I have now had multiple important pieces of mail go missing after they showed on my informed delivery email. And to top it off our mail person drives 50+ on a 30 mph road so she can’t even see when your mail flag is up to bother stopping and pick up outgoing mail.
