He called to let me know his ETA, he got out of his truck and walked to me to greet me, took great care to properly position and secure my vehicle on his truck's tow bar, made sure to check on objects that may shift inside of my vehicle during transport, checked and adjusted his safety chains that secured my vehicle at least twice during the trip.
