Tia worked with me for several months to find my first home. She looked at so many houses with me and I appreciate her dedication so much. I rent An apartment from property place. This was the 1st time I actually met the folks. They've been my landlords since the 1st of the year and have no complaints. If something needs fixing they jumped right on it. So far so good great people

We have a tree through our roof, through our ceiling, and landing on my kid's bed she was asleep in when it happened... The fire department was here for hours and they called the electric company who was here for over an hour cutting away tree limbs. Guess how many "emergency maintenance" employees even called us back after numerous calls. Complaints have been made about these trees in this neighborhood and they have been ignored... tonight, a tree fell through our roof, through the ceiling, onto my daughter's bed... and the company couldn't return a call for an emergency maintenance request.
