Being newer to the area I was anxious about having to find a new salon. After driving past Tangles on my way to work for the past few months, and being in desperate need of color and a trim I made an appointment. I am so glad I did! Debbie and Kathy are both fabulous. Debbie even went out of her way to get the brand of color that my stylist in Michigan used.

After taking money not doing the job right Christy called me a bitch a rocking demo and some other colorful comments, and then claimed lowlights are supposed to be highlights asked for. Then told me I couldn't have my money back to go somewhere else and pay to get what she had already been paid to do. Completely ruined my birthday present.
