Their paper bag fell through as soon as I walked out of the store and they refused to replace it or offer any sort of a refund. They told me that it was my fault and that I can take my business elsewhere so I recommend you do too. Very poor customer service and even worse bags apparently. They even refused to call the owner and get his input.

Went in for wine with my husband and forgot my ID, however he had his. The guy behind the counter refused the sale. I totally understand not being able to make a sale due to not having my ID, but he gave us a completely condescending, facetious talk about it. Could have been approached a lot better, won't be back due to poor customer service.

Will not be shopping here again after the clerk spoke to my friend the way she did. I think her name is Brooke, used curse words towards a man who did not provoke any type of response for that type if reaction. Stay away from this place until she is fired.
