I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and service that I received from your wrecker operator/tech Tiko yesterday (7/16/24). He called to let me know his ETA, he got out of his truck and walked to me to greet me, took great care to properly position and secure my vehicle on his truck's tow bar, made sure to check on objects that may shift inside of my vehicle during transport, checked and adjusted his safety chains that secured my vehicle at least twice during the trip. He also drove with courtesy and concern for others' safety. Tiko took control and ownership of every aspect of the job - from start to finish, and completely put my mind at ease. I knew I had nothing to worry about! This man is EXACTLY who you want out there representing your company. Thank you!

Called for a tow because I thought my starter was out. Rob took a look and found out I just had a weak battery. Saved me a hundred bucks and a trip to the dealership.

Recently hit a pothole on I40 E just before Bellevue exit and after waiting over 3 hours for towing through my insurance roadside assistance I reached out to SRT Towing and spoke with Haley who was more than helpful and offered to have Jason call after a job in Bon Aqua to see if I still needed a tow. Roughly an hour later Jason arrived and towed my vehicle home. He even offered his help if I had issues getting reimbursed by my insurance. I was quoted a different price but not worried since I knew I’d be reimbursed….Thank you to Jason and Haley!

Very bad experience. The dispatcher told me that the price of the service ranged between 150 and 175, but when the tow truck driver arrived he told us that he had to put the information in the system to check the price, which turned out to be 375. How is it possible that they lie saying that It is a price and then it turns out to be more than double. It is a lack of respect for the customer.

We called this company at 2am becuase our motorhome engine blew and we were stranded on i-40. This driver got to us in less than 30 minutes and thankfully they were able to recommend a shop and towed it there. Thank you so much

Blew 2 tires from potholes on I40 in Dickson. Our driver Cowboy arrived quickly and got us to a tire place within an hour. Cowboy was not only helpful but very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of fast and efficient towing services.
