The store in Dickson has gone down to some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No longer are the days of the customer is right. I would drive 30 plus miles to Franklin to get better customer service!

Went into the store just to grab some tank supplies and ended up snatching up 2 flame Gorami's, a sword tail and a Red tail shark to brighten up my 75 gal tank a bit.

We have purchased two hamsters from here. One died a few day later. We got another and well this morning he has prolapsed and passed away. Will never buy an animal from this location and will be notifying the appropriate people for a investigation into the breeder and petco.
