She help with encouraging words when I would worry. And Carrie who I've know and trusted a for a long time . I called and emailed one Parker Peery agent for assistance - no response. Then I called another who said they would call me back in 45 minutes - didn't call back. They're in sales right? I finally connected with LaQuida Prayer, a rockstar with Lee Realty Group who is helping me find our new home.

I rented long term from Parker Peery in Dickson and I had the greatest experience as a renter. Janet and the other ladies at the office were always wonderful and they always assisted me with anything I needed. I used the portal to pay my rent and it was very easy. I basically set it and forget it, so I never had to worry about being late with my payment. Anytime I had a maintenance issue they were right on top of it and it was fixed promptly. Plus the maintenance men were always very kind and professional.Finally, the stars aligned and I was able to purchase the house I was renting and Michelle Johnstone was absolutely amazing. She kept in close contact with me, kept me informed every step, always got back to me promptly, answered any questions that I had and did not make me feel d*** as I do not have a lot of knowledge about buying a home. (First time home buyer) She explained everything to me, no matter how tedious and made sure I understood everything. She was so very kind and knowledgeable. Plus it was fast!!I highly recommend Parker Peery and especially Michelle Johnstone. Thank you so much ?

Peggy was very rude,tried to bully her way around me,My husband and I lived on the property for 35 years help pay and didn't pay lot rent or anything when my husband died my in-laws sold everything ,she didn't know any of us, she bullied me but thearing to take my home ,they took my hoall my things, and she told my family I was nasty,and only wanted money,she had no feelings for the rest of the family just them. She is a snake in the grass

When I was looking for property in Dickson recently, Ashley Torres at Parker Peery took a great deal of time with us, going above and beyond, showing us several properties, keeping us informed at every step in the process. Before going to Parker Peery, we visited a well-known real estate chain in Dickson that gave us photocopies of manufactured housing listings but made no effort to assist beyond that. I highly recommend Parker Peery for their stellar customer service.
