Not once but TWICE this store has helped me out with a last minute large print order. Even though the day I came in nobody was in to work the Print Center the manager stepped up and was able to print 150 multi page fliers for my early morning meeting the next day. Then again they printed off 200 more that afternoon so o could pick them up before they closed. They understood the situation and did their very best and I am so grateful! This week's events were a success because we had the fliers to hand out. Thank you for all your extra efforts!!!

Great service. Just popped in to recycle some toner cartridges and found some great gel pens at the register. Super helpful and friendly cashier.

I recently order a product online for in-store pickup that was shown to be in stock, I was notified the next day that the order could not be fulfilled do to items being unavailable and that I would not be charged. It wasn't until I later tried using the same card for a different purchase that I received an insufficient funds notification. I had checked my card balance and saw that not only had I been charged but the transaction had already cleared, I had made an inquiry into the matter and was given the lame excuse from an unfriendly employee that they had made no charge and that the bank had a temporary hold on the amount to which I refuted that I should have only been charged when the order was fulfilled and not before, like most companies, and then I could be notified for pickup. This is extremely poor business practice and they have no right to take my money instantly and delay any refund.

Staff is rude and very unhelpful. They do the absolute least to assist. They need to clean house and get all new staff. In addition they don't have anything in stock.

I just waited 30 minutes for 6 black and white copies of a resume. The clerk had too many jobs for one person, every customer was being shortchanged on customer service and efficiency. That's not her fault, there should be more staff. However, her attitude when explaining some of the pricing was unacceptable. I stood there an extra 10 minutes while she made goo goo faces and tickled the feet of a baby. And then she gave me attitude when I was trying to get my things get checked out and leave. She (T.) just cared more about socializing than customer service. Yes their internet was down for five minutes but that's unacceptable to take 25 minutes to get six copies. On the upside, you really can't beat their prices.

Went here today because their flyer showed some 32Gb flash drives on sale for $6.99. Upon arrival, I find the sale prices marked at $8.99, $9.99 and $12.99 Did manage to find one marked at the sale price. Got home, checked the receipt. It rang up at $8.99. I live 30 miles away. It would cost me more than $2 in gas to take it back, so I wrote to corporate. No idea what, if anything, they will do, but this location does not seem well-organized. Update: As stated, I emailed corporate. Got a response that the store manager would contact me within 48 hours. A week goes by and nothing, so I fire off a reply to the corporate customer service to let them know. Was promised a reply from the DISTRICT manager within 48 hours. Got a response from both the district and store managers the next day, claiming the store manager had never received the email from corporate, personally going to make this right, blahblahblah...am promised a $20 gift card.

I've been here a few times, and the staff is always very nice. They usually greet you at the door and will ask if you need help with anything. I went here last Black Friday for one of their door buster sales, and it was very organized. They offered vouchers to the people and line, and allowed you to leave once you got your voucher and come back when the store opened. It was very nice and considerate. Really enjoy this store. If I had one compliant it would be that their prices are a little high, but what can you expect?
