Visiting my family down here in Tennessee and this was my first time every visiting a Kroger. It was a hectic, last minute buy but the stores environment and staff were welcoming and friendly.

The Kroger bakery has always had great desserts and such whether getting something already in stock or ordering ahead.

An embarrassment. I've all but stopped going. I've been using Instacart because all I do is get upset in the store. At least 1/3 of what I order isn't in stock. Just opened a box of saltines - stale. Taste like they have sat outside a week. I work a lot of hours - I'm rarely in the store early in the day. Clearly, they rarely stock the store late.

I think Kroger in Dickson Is a good store. I've always been treated fine. I see nothing wrong with the store. I can usually always find what I'm after. I don't think that anybody in there is rude or disrespectful. Everybody has bad days. I have only one complaint, I don't like the order and pick up as far as the shopping, I dont always get the right stuff or something. I go do my own shopping now, end of problem

The pickup is awful. They called me 30 minutes before my pickup time to tell me It would be 2-3 hours before my order was ready…I wasn’t going to be in Dickson 2-3 hours after my pickup time, as I live 30 mins away. The guys responded rudely with no apologies or anything.

Clicklist is ridiculous and after waiting for over 3 hours and 5 phone calls, I asked the manager if I could pick my own items that they had not picked, got home items that were picked by employees was left out and or items were wrong. I have had a problem with the Clicklist before but never have I experienced just laziness and unwillingness to pull the items I was charged for. As I stated I went into the store to pick items that they had not even pulled.

Went to pharmacy to get my 6 year old son’s first Covid vaccine dose. They were very sweet and got us in and out quickly.

We did a online pickup & our order was all messed up stuff left out like our meat & the substitutions they did make were not satisfactory who subs a 12 pack of coke with 1 2liter & the 12 packs were on sale but because of sub lost the sale price. & sub 8 packs indo mie stir fry instant noodles with hot & spicy

The last 2 times I did Clicklist, they called & said they were running 2 hours late. This time I sat with a packed line waiting to get my groceries for an hour with a 2 year old in a car with me, never again!

Do not use click list orvuse this Kroger. It is a complete waist of time and money. You pay more for convenience but get none. I am still waiting.... it has been an hour. I could have gone inside and bought them myself and been long gone. What a waist.
