KAY always has beautiful jewelry. They offer a warranty on their jewelry. I’ve also had jewelry serviced there that I have bought through KAY online store. Timely turnaround and great service.

Kay jewelers is the worst company you will ever do business with if you so choose them. I bought a $3000 ring on their credit card for my Fiancé not long after that I became disabled and could not work (I’ll spare you all the details) but I called Kay’s to sign up for the hardship program. I got approved with three confirmations. The first confirmation the agent that approved me the second confirmation a letter in the mail accepting my request and approval of the hardship program! Month or so later I received a letter in the mail saying that I did not get approved then I called and spoke with the manager who then informed me that I was approved and that disapproval letter was wrong. A couple months later I received another piece of mail stating that I owed a bunch of money in late fees due not paying my bill. Even though I have the statements showing that they pulled out automatically every month, as agreed upon. I have the letters I have the bank statements and if they’re recording the conversations I have had with several Kay Jeweler’s agents they will hear the truth!! There is even an incident where a hardship agent had actually hung up the phone on another Kay jewelry agent trying to connect her with me she said she wanted no part of this it was too much of a sticky situation for her to get involved.So record your conversation as I have been doing and keep all records, Kay’s will lie to you. This company is undeserving of even one star it’s just not even fair to give them that!

I’ve noticed a lot of people harass them because they are following their company policy. They don’t like wearing the masks either. Try to be a little more nice to people who have to follow policy.On another note this staff is so amazing! Thank you all.

I’ve spent in excess of 15k on jewelry in this store. My wife’s diamond came out of her engagement ring and they want to give a hassle about repairing it because it hasn’t been cleaned by them since Covid began and shut them down. We had came by on numerous occasions and they had been closed. They never answer the phone when you call either. Buyer beware!!!

I was trying to get my girlfriend's engagement ring. It says you guys are open 1230-6 on Sunday. The lady told me to come back at 1:30 because you guys were closed for cleaning. We came back at that time and you were closed.

I emailed and asked two simple questions in which I supplied answer to myself. I got a generic reply of come in to our store and we will answer your questions. Selling jewelry is not an art as so many are doing so. customer service is where your business either strives or dies. All they needed to do with confirm the answers I gave them which were true and I would have done business with them. However I will pass.

I have bought jewelry at Kay Jewelers multiple times and never had a complaint. However, I'm writing this review to express my appreciation to William who went above and beyond this last purchase I made. I bought an enhancer ring to go along with my wife's wedding band and I made the mistake of dropping her original ring outside the store in the parking lot. After several attempts to locate the ring, I was unable. William took the time during one of his breaks to look in the parking lot and he found the ring. Thank you William! I will forever remember my experience at Kay Jewelers because of you.

Kept piece of jewelry I had sent in for over a month and never answered their phone. We literally call two dozen times and never got an answer. When I went up there the lady outside said they were too busy to answer. Morgan, the manager needs to be replaced. Completely unprofessional.
