The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dickson by IHG provides an excellent stay experience for its guests. The young man at check-in is very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and even providing necessary items. The entire property is well-maintained and clean, with extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast spread is well above average, with Jessica, the breakfast area manager, described as a "complete jewel" who puts love into her work. Guests praise the hotel's accommodating staff, who allowed early check-in and room changes to meet their needs. The rooms are nice, though one guest reported an issue with the refrigerator. The location is also considered satisfactory. Overall, the hotel's customer service and attention to detail have left a lasting positive impression on visitors, with one guest even recommending it as the highest recommendation for the area.

This place was amazing. Had a memorial to attend and this hotel was very accommodating. Let us check in early, changed our room to ground floor and all around excellent people to work with.
