“Absolutely spectacular. The gym was clean. Crowded but not too crowded. Let’s say popular. I grunted in exertion but nobody gave me the judgmental look. And they have room for big trucks ?. I got my workout ?️ in. Got a shower. Showed respect for the parking lot and other vehicles and got right back on the road. I wish the taco ? spot next door was open earlier”

“I have had an AMAZING experience at this gym. I was a little nervous to sign up for sessions with a trainer but it has been absolutely life changing. Arieann listened to all of my concerns and went above and beyond to meet my needs and come up with stretches and exercises that were effective. Not only did she introduce me to a lot of gym equipment that I was nervous to use, but she also showed me exercises I could do from home. I 100% recommended Arieann as a personal trainer. She’s the BEST!!”
