IF only they allowed ZERO stars.EVERY prescription over the last two year has been completely jacked up. either out of stock..they loose my order.. or ask me for the 5th damn time for a pre-authorization with in 3 months!!So sick of these CLOWNS. This was my LAST ORDER ever at this dump. Sadly there are no better options in Dickson.. Walgreens is just as horrible. gonna look for another pharm away from Oxycodone Land

The red haired woman in the pharmacy is extremely rude.(That’s the nicest way I can possibly put it) My mother has memory problems and needed her medication and this woman would not let her speak. She kept cutting her off telling her ‘that’s not my problem’ ‘if you want it , you have to pay’ ‘why do you even need that’ First of all, it’s none of your business why she needs ANY of her medication. You are not her doctor. Her diagnosis is not for you to question. Your job is to fill prescriptions, end of story. Second, OBVIOUSLY she has to pay for her medication. If you can’t find it in yourself to have a little empathy you need to find a new career choice. Go be a miserable person somewhere else, I’m sure even your coworkers would be happy to see you quit.

No complaints about the staff here, but I have been getting prescriptions from this store since I was a kid and service quality has tanked the last 6 months. They are severely understaffed and really struggle to process prescriptions within a reasonable time frame. Also, I called with a question and have been waiting to talk to someone for 45+ minutes now. Clearly it isn't the employees fault, but something needs to be done or they are really going to start loosing customers. I'm considering switching to a new pharmacy, but I'm hoping management will see the light and get some more staff in there. They can't keep going like this.

Ridiculous long waits at pharmacy. Drive through should be closed and not offered. I am helping a family member and will not be using this pharmacy

Would give them zero. Worst pharmacy ever! After calling to say prescription is ready, waiting in line while they chit chat with a person in the car in front of me after they have received their medication, they then proceed to tell me the prescription is not ready. When I asked why they called and said it was, I was told they do that when the doctor calls it in. It was the week prior.Does that make sense? Also, filed insurance for a prescription that was never picked up because it cost $300+ dollars. So beware and check your insurance claims.

I have never been as mistreated and insulted any more than my recent 4 visits in one day before I was given the correct two prescriptions that I had come for over 7 hours earlier. They were rude before , during, and after they gave me the wrong prescription. I am still appalled at their behavior. If they weren’t the only pharmacy I can use, I would have walked out much earlier than the time they finally delivered. You think this is long, you should see the lists of errors they made before I finally was belittled and disrespected!

In the last week, my husband needed a new RX and CVS in Dickson was out of med and not sure when wld get any. Same week and I need Antibiotic for ear infection and they AGAIN do not have this medicine. Asked at 1030a to transfer to another Pharmacy and go back to get it at 238 and they still do not have it transferred even though a call was made by this pharmacy at 1030am! Ridiculous!

Pharmacy is severely understaffed. Unfortunately, I had to start using another pharmacy. The last 3 times I needed a prescription, it was unavailable. I understand medication shortages can happen, but I’ve had major issues just talking to someone to resolve it. They just set the phone down if you call and forget about you. Not to mention the pharmacy drive thru can take hours sometimes. I hope they sort it out soon.

THIS IS A FAKE ACCOUNT! NOT THE CVS IN DICKSON!! Someone made this fake address to keep the real store in Dickson from getting all the 1 star reviews!!!!! Worst pharmacy. On 2 separate occasions I was told my meds would be ready in 30 minutes. An hour and a half after later they had half of it ready and told me to just wait in the car. Not only are they slow they miscounted my prescription by 4 pills. This place has the worst pharmacy and the worst people working in it. Go anywhere else. You would get better service from a moody teenager at a McDonald’s than this place.

Garbage. If I could leave a review with no stars, I would. First instance 3 weeks ago, I was in line waiting for over 30 minutes, 5 cars behind me. When I pulled to the window, they had a \\\"gone to lunch\\\" sign. Yet fast food workers are not allowed breaks until the line is gone. How does that work? Time and time again we have had to call Hospice to get my grandpa's nurse to resend a prescription order because they \\\"never received\\\" or \\\"lost\\\" the order. Even after receiving a text stating the scrip was ready, only to find upon arrival that it was lost or out of stock or couldn't be filled. The most recent was an order for Parkinsins medication so he can do daily, normal tasks at home. They sent him a 30 count, this medication is to be taken 4 times a day. How does that work? They clearly didn't pass basic math class.

The Dickson CVS pharmacy is not the place you want to go to pick up your medications. Wait time are always terrible even after your medications are ready; it does not matter if you go into the store or wait in the drive thru to pick them up. In my most recent experience, an antibiotic and steroid were ordered for my son and listed as \\\"Out of stock\\\", which I only found out from the CVS app. (FYI, every person does not have access to this!) It would have been nice to have been notified by an employee over the phone so that I could get his medications sooner. They were unwilling to look up to see if the medications were in stock at another CVS location because they were \\\"too busy to check right now\\\". When I contacted an outside pharmacy (after already trying to transfer the prescriptions to here via the CVS app), I was told that CVS was refusing to give the prescription information to the outside pharmacist even though he explained that their store never receives faxes from them. The outside pharmacist had to speak with the CVS pharmacy manager to get the information to fill my child's prescriptions. I have also struggled to get my dog's very time-sensitive seizure rescue medications from this store as well, and they were unwilling to allow me to utilize GoodRx for these medications. They said it was not possible due to veterinarians not having NPI numbers, but GoodRx provides explicit information on their site for pharmacies to know how to run pet prescriptions in their system. They still refused to do it, so I paid over $100 for a three day supply of emergency medication for my pet. I do NOT recommend the CVS Pharmacy in Dickson AT ALL, and my family and I will be transferring all prescriptions from this location. I recommend you do the same!
