I'm sleep deprived and called store for help. I was put on hold and my number was blocked. Was a 5 star store, now it's a one star store. Wow, what bad customer service. I had a great experience once. The store blocked my phone number!!! Geeeeez.

So very disappointed with cricket and this location I’m particular. I have gone into the store with several issues over the past few years that we have been customers. The Dickson location doesn’t seem to be able to do much of anything besides sell you the phone. You’re on your own after that. Most recently I went in to get help with setting up my daughter’s phone. I was directed to call the 1 800 cricket number instead of the employee just helping someone who is technologically impaired ?. We have been customers for years…we are on a family plan. We moved out to Dickson over 2 years ago. We have always had great service up until a few weeks ago. We have no service inside of our house now. We have called almost every day to try to address this issue. They do some things on their end, but nothing is fixed. Going inside the store is also pointless bc there is nothing they can do for you. They just refer you to customer service. Which again, we have spent hours on the phone with them over the past weeks. They even sent us to an apple representative who confirmed that our phones were working correctly and our issue is with the service. Obviously it seems insane to pay for service that we can’t use at home…. And they won’t fix the issue. So we decided to switch carriers. But of course cricket will not unlock our phones because 2 of them were recently purchased. I understand this is their policy, but if they cannot provide service I would think they could make an exception. Finally went to Verizon to see if they can help. Thank God we went it. We will only be paying $10 more a month for an even better plan than we had. And Verizon is helping us with free iPhones because we have explained the issue. So if you are having your own issues with cricket, don’t stay because you think they are the best deal. I am more than willing to pay an extra 10 bucks a month. And I’m actually getting an even better phone. And hopefully Verizon actually has a customer service department. And they actually help you if you go in the store!!!!

After Straight Talk went VoLTE and 3 new phones later with absolutely no help... switching to cricket was a dream! Very friendly and very helpful!
