Dr. Mark Brannan & his team are amazing!!!! My husband & I were traveling through Tennessee when our Dixie needed some emergency treatment. No questions asked & at a busy time of day, they treated our girl with all the care in the world. Shots, pain meds, antibiotics & emergency visit & our bill was under $140!!!! If we are ever traveling through Tennessee again & need vet care, I would not hesitate to see Dr. Brannan & his helpful team!!!!

Wow! For the people that put this animal hospital on the map we can't get an appointment. First of all can't even get anyone on the phone and when you do the receptionist are horrible uncaring people. My dog has been suffering from chronic ear infections and I can't ever get an appointment. They gave me ear medicine for three months without it having any result. Can't get a straight answer, much less an appointment. Don't bother with this place because you will play hell getting your animals taken care of. Sure wasn't like that in the beginning. Have had cows, horses and dogs treated by these people in the past but not anymore!

Quick and easy process. Was in and out for yearly shots in under 10 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Like another person below that reviewed this place, I also experienced not being able to get through on the phone and incompetence when I went in person. I stopped in last Sat to see if they could help me get a stray cat spayed. They said to bring it in Sunday night to pick up Monday afternoon or Monday to pick up Tuesday because they needed to make sure it hadn't eaten before surgery. I made a plan on how I could catch the cat and get it in a carrier Monday morning and went to Walmart to get one plus a bunch of other supplies for its recovery. I was visiting Dickson and was staying an extra day to get this done. Luckily, I was able to get the cat in the carrier easily Monday morning, had gotten up earlier than usual and went to Cornerstone to drop her off. When I went to the reception desk, it looked like the same person was there that I talked to Sat but she seemed clueless, wouldn't listen to me and just wanted my name, though I'd never been there before. She asked if the cat had eaten and I said I didn't think so but she had nursed her seven week old kittens 30 minutes earlier. Once I said that, I was shut down as they said the cat had to not have been nursing for two weeks. I said I didn't know that. They told me to come back when that was the case and I said "She'll just get pregnant again" and walked out. I was so upset and spent the whole day trying to catch three wild kittens to bring in the house to ween them off the mother. I got two of them and tried to get the third about 15 times but it kept hiding and running so I left it behind and drove the mother and two kittens back to Atlanta, where they have no problem spaying her now, vaccinating and tagging her ear for $25. Plus, they have no-kill shelters for the kittens. Cornerstone was of NO HELP AT ALL and stressed me out a lot! I also have a big dog I have to keep separated from the cats. All will be fine thanks to the big city, Atlanta, and I won't turn to Cornerstone again.

Dr K is the absolute best vet in the Nashville area! She is compassionate, extremely knowledge, gentle and kind. I never feel like she is trying to have me pay for extra services or tests that are not needed. She comes highly recommend!
