So pleased with the work they did on my vehicle. Estimate was correct. Estimated time to fix it was correct. Vehicle was returned to me cleaner than when they got it. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their kind of services.

These folks are class acts. I had an accident in March. Without getting to into the weeds, I had some complications a few months later. I reached out to Austin and explained the situation and without hesitation, this man had me bring it up, took ownership and took care of me in maybe just over 24 hours. They are good people, have fixed my mom's, wife's, and my vehicle and they deserve all the business.

Turning away business is not good. Especially when Vardens already has most of the business in dickson and all surrounding countries.

I thought we had finally found a reliable body shop that we could trust to do our work without having to go all the way to Varden's in Fairview. Sadly I was mistaken. Carl's did work on my Corolla after I was side swiped all on the driver side. The repairs took longer than anticipated so I was eager to get it back since I had run out of allotted rental time. When I received the vehicle back I noted that the pin stripes they had redone were very uneven and did not paint match the opposing side. No big deal, I need my car back. Then I noticed that my driver's side door handle wasn't replaced despite them charging my insurance for it on the receipt. Again, its fine. Now 5 months post repair I took it to Dickson Tire to get looked at because I have some odd vibrations since the wreck. I figured I just had some weights fall off one of the wheels. The mechanic comes out and asks if I was in a wreck or have hit anything recently. He tells me my driver side rear wheel is so warped that I will need a brand new one and he's unsure how the body shop could have possibly missed this when its very visible on the lift. I shouldn't have to look over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb after getting it back from the body shop. I should be able to trust the repairs. Its too late to re-open my claim and now I'm out the cash for a brand new wheel and tire. Will not be going to Carl's ever again.
