Clean store, nice selection of items. Staff is friendly. Big lots used to be a bargain store, but the bargains are not there. Over priced compared to other stores.

The female worker that does the furniture area gave us two footboards when I purchased a 1200$ bed and no head board and when we went back to get night stands she tried to sell us the one that had been screwed to the shelf and we just went back to see if they had anymore in stock and she flate out said no i wont get anymore! She is rude as hell Everytime we go in there and looks like she hates her job so go work somewhere else!

When I went there for a box spring one of the ladies was helpful on helping me pick which one I wanted. She helped me put it ontop of my car. They offered me string to tie it the roof of my vehicle. No, they didn't help me tie it down. But atleast they gave me something to tie it down with! ?

They have twice now, set up an interview for a specific date and time and after showing up, I'm told that the interviewer is not there or its their day off. That is incompetencey plain and simple. Stop wasting peoples time.

They were having a great sell on seasonal stuff anything that would fit in the tub you got 10% off whatever it was discount are not you got another discount on top of it
