“Most satisfying, the service clerk came out as soon as I arrived. She took my concerns & said it would be addressed. Mechanic responded with information to her what he found, and she explained why & they put a dye in system, need to drive 1000 miles & return, it would give any leaks using a special light. Very satisfied and trust the answer. It showed a bit of something at rear main seal; is why I came to service area in first thing.

“Mechanic works and oil changes etc were always good and he is friendly person to deal with... rented a U haul recently and I was not satisfied with it but he is just the dealer for this service...the Uhaul looked like it had been hit on the backside and the door jammed so many times it was a struggle to open and shut it.. was turned in at a Murfreesboro dealer so now it's their problem.. but I also feel like a dealer needs to report issues with these trucks to whomever is responsible for maintaining them before renting it out.”
