Unprofessional at its finest and the managing APO Office Bells is as well. Denmark doesn’t have a PostMaster. I talked to Postal Inspectors. It’s just A Remotely Managed Post Office (RMPO) is a Post Office that offers part-time window service hours, is staffed by a Postal Service employee and managed and reports to an Administrative Post Office (APO) which is Bells, TN Post Office. Lanna and so is Lisa at the APO are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Plus, the carrier is always putting the wrong mail in people mailboxes, but he’s been on the job for several years. All he did was get the regular job at Denmark according to Lanna used to be a sub carrier in Bells. Send him back over there. P.O. Boxes stop opening up people mail. It’s too many times mail is picked up and torn open not like torn from postal sorting machines torn from someone opening with his or her hand or a letter opener tool. Put this office under Jackson Main Downtown. Lisa just wants to see Denmark closed down according to Lanna just pure evil for no apparent reason.

Atrocious. I called and the clerk hands the phone over to the carrier. I could hear him telling the carrier that people need to stop calling there asking questions. He said that customers need to call the 1800 number. Then, I tried to purchase stamps in person and he gets smart stating that he doesn’t have any and to go to Jackson. Rude, disrespectful, and lacks knowledge of Postal products and services. I don’t need to go to Jackson when I live in Denmark where there is a post office. So, I called Denmark managing office Bells and spoke to Lisa over there. She is blatantly rude and disrespectful as well and stated we can’t get any in just go to Jackson. That’s a lie. First off Jackson should be the managing office anyway when Denmark and Jackson are both in Madison County. Denmark has no ties to Bells just pure ignorance. I could go on and on. The carriers are fine. I understand that their is no set time for mail to arrive at homes and businesses everyday. I don’t mind a ride to the office to pick up a package that’s too big for the delivery vehicle. That’s when I try to purchase postal products and that dude acts like Uncle Tom listening to his racist master Lisa. Get some news workers that actually care or bring back Ashley, Sandra/Sandy or Keisha just anyone, but these horrible people. Plus, the guy with glasses that ran the mail one day is rude and disrespectful as well too and speeding like a manic through Denmark and almost hit some people. If I’m correct that’s the one the last clerk Lanna told us that he grabbed/hit her butt one time she was at Bells for work. She was horrible too and would tell people to go to Jackson too. No postal knowledge at all. She would have her grandson in there at work with her cutting up. I could hear the carrier telling her to tell him to stop. Do a survey it’s too many problems. Mail being sent back and not properly forwarded. Everyone is complaining out here that is a resident. A crime shame where are Postal Inspectors???
