“A gentleman named Kenneth came out and pumped my gas for me since it's difficult for me to get back into my truck and the guys who work in the tire shop for the trucks were kind enough to put air in my tires since my tires needed air. It just goes to show that there are still kind people out there thank you all”
“Kenny offered great customer service by doing what was needed to help me get into my reserved parking spot. He has some down to earth charisma. If you reserve a spot be rest assured they will kick out however is trying to cop your spot, and whoever else may be blocking you to get into it.
I’ve been to too many truck stops where they don’t have the ability to kick people out, many times because they don’t want to go through the hassle, and you then have to go kick rocks. It takes some boldness to wake up a sleeping trucker and tell them they gotta move. Kenny has got the character of a manager and beyond with how he handled the whole interaction and with a great approach/attitude. He helped this TA exemplify its brand.”
