This location will call you tell you the script is ready, I drive the 17 miles to pick up and surprise no script! This has happened more than once. Currently I’m sitting here waiting on a script from 2 hours ago that the pharmacist hasn’t even looked at yet. I’m thinking I’m here, I’m waiting shouldn’t you go ahead and read it and give it to me? Time to switch pharmacies!

Staff is friendly and helpful, products were right where they said they were. Prices are a little higher than discount stores, but their inventory is what they show online, eliminating the guessing game.

To Walgreens Headquarters, I have tried to get my prescriptions filled here without success. I tried to get my three, exactly, without success. The first, they gave me the wrong brand. The second, they told me that I had to call my insurance company because my name was wrong in the computer. Would you tell a little old lady to figure out this problem? I don't think so. The third, they have completed ignored and have not sent me anything indicating that they are refilling it. Meanwhile, I am in pain. So, I moved my prescriptions to Amazon pharmacy and they got one prescription that I've been waiting on for a year, the computer problem one with the incorrect name, fixed in a day. I got the correct brand the first time they filled the other. And, my hips won't be hurting shortly because the transferred prescription for that got noticed in 5 minutes. It is now filled and on it's way. The long blonde headed girl (she's younger, not the older one) is incompetent and lazy, but others let her get away with it including the pharmacist. If Amazon can do this, you can too. Are you not a National company with access unparalleled to smaller drug stores? Shame on you and your workers for letting this happen. I'd give a negative rating if I could.

Truly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Pharmacy technician rushed me off the phone so fast I wasn’t even able to ask two questions.

I visited your Decherd TN location this evening to pick up my two year old sons medicine for Pink Eye. He’s got the infection in both of his eyes and can’t hardly open them. I got their before close with two people in line ahead of me. Both people ahead of me got served, but because my turn came after 6 I was told I couldn’t be helped. The pharmacist, Ashley, was there and said that there was nothing she could do because they close at 6. I have never been this disgusted in my life. Turning a paying customer away a few minutes after closing when we both know good and well my sons medicine was ready for pickup is absolutely disgusting. They had it behind the counter ready to go, the computers were still on, and not a single soul there could check me out? This makes absolutely no sense, and quite frankly this is one of the most absurd experiences I’ve ever been through. I have already called corporate to express my complaint, but I want to ensure that my complaint is addressed. There is no reason my son should have to go through the night in pain. Thank you.

Both employees that helped me tonight (6/11, ~7pm) were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. True professionals. They helped me find the product I needed with useful suggestions and went extra lengths to get a printed a receipt when I realized I couldn’t get my online one. Well beyond the typical retail experience these days, especially having just come from a certain Big Box store that did not have what I needed nor anyone who could help. As a bonus, a very kind couple in line entertained my fussy baby. Something about this Walgreens tonight, just the best people!

I have been getting my prescriptions from here for about a year now and they have, not once, not one single time, had all my prescriptions ready on the day I'm scheduled for refills. I once had to go 4 days without my seizure medication because of an issue at this pharmacy. I'll call the pharmacy and they'll say my prescriptions are ready, then I get here and the pharmacists can't find it. Hate to whack on the pharmacists because they're usually very nice. I've never had such a hard time getting my medication as I've had at this specific Walgreens.
