I’m not a DREMC customer but I was asked to call the office for someone to relay a message and spoke to Allison for probably a full minute and it was truly one of the most pleasant customer service interactions I have had in years…used to not be such a rarity but given the times we live in and the decline in basic human decency, it makes such a difference, for example my whole demeanor changed after hanging up with her. Reward this employee…any employee at any company that takes the time to just be a kind and decent person and in turn, changes a customer’s whole perspective for just a moment

So upset,we paid deposit July 12,and called everyday twice a day since and have been redirected to different people daily,finally no call regarding issue about trees need trimming on july22,got that done and it's now July 28 th and were told again were on the list to do,and it's just a process,almost a month and we still have no electricity connected,just excuse after excuse and July 12 was original date to connect,no problems was noted when they accepted our payment,this is ridiculous all our belongings were also moved July 12,so we've been struggling between 2 places to live..plzzz help

Decherd office especially their manager is one of the rudest locations. I wish there were more options other than this money hungry company. I have been out of the Shelbyville office for 11 years and they have amazing customer service and attention to circumstances to go above and beyond to assist people. Decherd location however is one of the worst I’ve ever had to deal with!One would recommend if you have a mobile app to pay bills please make it to where it breaks down current and past due to help someone trying to pay their past due bill!!
