“Wow! I didn't expect to find a modern style deli in downtown Dechard. As I entered the deli i was greeted with smiles and great southern charm. The deli is clean, well decorated and has a huge menu on the wall. The sandwich choices run the gamut from classics like the rueben to a great modern sandwich with black bean paste and roasted peppers called the Jefe. They make all their sauces from scratch and even roast their own peppers by hand. The proof is in the pudding, or in this case the sandwiches. They taste fresh with flavor combinations that pair well and quality ingredients you can taste. You get big city flavor and choices with down home quality food made with love, and a pretty smile. What more could you want?”
