“Any time I go into Advance Auto I'm always greeted with a polite hello and asked what I need help with, but the last time I went I needed to get my alternator checked and the fellow that checked it for me was so very nice and gave me some tips for some other things I was curious about on my vehicle and then he noticed that my battery wasn't properly secured and I had mentioned my children earlier in our conversation and he went out of his way to make sure it was bolted down properly and tightened my battery cables as well! I'm awful with names so I can't actually mention his name. But I really appreciate his extra effort to take care of what I needed ?”

“Went in for a battery replacement back in November of 2023, it was busy so it took some time to be assisted, but overall a good experience.
Fast forward to now, my car was having more issues, I took it into a shop to be checked out, worried that it was the alternator this time, but it was the battery again (I have had to replace the battery three times since purchasing the vehicle, four years ago, due to a parasitic drain of some sort).
I came back to auto zone and explained the situation, the manager recognized me from before and was extremely helpful with the whole situation. He installed the replacement battery and shared some really good advice. I greatly appreciate the help!”
