My wife and I bought some paint for the living room at our new house. The guy was very helpful and acted like he had a full understanding of what we wanted. We had a larger can of dark brown for the walls, and a smaller can of light brown for some of the trim. Well, he mixed us both cans of the wrong color of light brown. When I called and asked if there was anything we could do to fix it, he said they could remix the paint. When I told him I didn’t need the paint anymore because I had had to replace it over the weekend due to their mistake, he got agitated and basically told me I was SOL. I will not be shopping here again and plan on sharing my experience on social media as well as with anyone I run across.

Awesome awesome awesome! They help me and my wife every time we're there! We get asked multiple times from different staff members if we need help finding something.This last time we needed lumber to build a wall. The person helping us load it took the time to get the straightest boards he could find. Very helpful!

Right now the place is closed that's what it is. But they're good people they usually have everything you could need or want in stock they have good sales some devices if if they don't they can order it for you and they just have a good good people that work up there, I'm going to project up I have them in our town in them tend to support them when I can.

They are friendly however on my last visit in Decaturville Tn. a woman was helping with stock was not right. She acted like she new everything after asking for a product she never herd of and wasn't willing to be helpful in checking other bucks for such a product. Kept her arms crossed and was rude
