They actually care unlike a big box chain they know who you are as soon as you walk up great place friendly staff even when they are overwhelmed they get it done I highly recommend the staff at wil-sav drug

Many times of interacting with them. The pharmacists are wonderful. The brown haired woman( M****a ) is rude every single time I have been in there. I stood waiting for service and she never acknowledged me, then someone came up behind me and she called them by name and helped them. Once that person left I said excuses me I need to pick up prescriptions. She sighed and spoke as if it inconveniences her. I have called asking about my prescriptions being ready and before you can say anything else she hangs up. I call back and try to ask the rest of my question she let me get part of my question out then she says I will tell them then hangs up. Straight up RUDE!

Fast service from the the pharmacists himself, but dark haired lady who check you out is simply rude, very unfriendly and unprofessional. I hate leaving a 3 * because my parents came here for so long, but we will not be back and will speak to a manager about her behavior. From the reviews lve read l am not the only person who has had a issue with her.

Woman who cashes you out, is rude. Pharmacists are nice though, but usually have to deal with rude lady on front end.

You won't find a faster more courteous pharmacy. I've never had to wait over 10 min even during their busier times.

My wife went to pick up my scripts dec 16 ask teller if that was all my scripts said yes brought home amoxicillin ask my wife where rest of scripts were called will save said they chose not to fill the rest because I don't have script insurance they could have at least ask if we would like to have glad not a life and death script so will save can determine what you should get as far as scripts go I will try to find who to report this to because this is not a good business practice

Doesn’t seem to offer anything like text or call alerts like larger pharmacies. Every prescription I’ve had filled there has had some problem attached to it as well. Now that I’ve stopped coming here there are no more problems with them. When I called to ask them some questions there was one woman that was particularly rude. She seemed angry that I wanted help.
