“A lot of the complaints i see on here have a lot to do with the rules/regulations of USPS. There is a certain protocol the staff have to abide by. The staff at Riceville Post Office have done an outstanding job. Also have to take into consideration with the constant over flow of 3rd party packages. Which comes with a whole new list of rules and regulation from the actual shipper. Leaving without signatures etc. Keep in mind sometimes you dont know what goes on behind the scene. Thank you for all you do USPS (Riceville) staff.”

“Love the DECATUR post office! The employees, especially the brown, curly haired woman, she is just a delight, always bubbly, they are all so kind and helpful, even on the phone. But the one lady I mentioned a delight, one of the rare kinda folks that just make you forget how cruel this world is by just being around her! Thanks for all you do guys ?”
