No bathroom, told me to go across street. So I got gas and snacks at better place across street.

Ever since I moved to Decatur 4 years ago I have been coming to this store. Recently it’s only been every 2-3 weeks. Anyways, I’ve always loved the cashiers & the customer service I’ve received. However, tonight I had a dark haired, medium length, middle aged woman ring me up & didn’t speak so much as a letter of the alphabet to me. There were also 2 other workers in there, one was busy & I understand that. But the other was a guy chowing down on pizza. So basically 0/3 employees spoke. Where’s the friendly employee? Or the ones the ones that atleast smiled and/or said hi? DO BETTER.. Your customer service is nonexistent.

I run a store myself and I do not let anyone for any reason use my restroom because all people know how to do is mess them up and do stupid things in them like still and destroy them so I'm all for not having a public restrooms and other people are nasty as well the restroom is for the worker's that have to be there all day and it's perfectly fine not to let customers in restricted areas of your store.

I believe that it's rude to not offer a bathroom in any business that sells good.This location does not allow access to a bathroom or a sink (in the event gas spills and you need to wash hands).Get your gas and other items somewhere else.
